Day 1 is about how working relationships begin, which is also where most of them go wrong. It covers hiring, work trials, onboarding, contracts, and VA rights. Clients and VAs are in the same sessions throughout, hearing the same conversations at the same time.

Day 2 covers what happens once the work is underway. Communication gaps, money conversations, scope creep, and what keeps a good working relationship going over time. It closes with the Virtual Integrity Pledge, taken together by every attendee in the room.

Skills Labs Hands-on Take home

Day 3 is entirely Skills Labs. No panels, no talks. You work through AI tools, delegation systems, difficult conversations, 30-day onboarding, and a live audit of your tools stack. You leave with output, not just notes.
