A focused talk on your topic to a live audience of clients, team managers, industry builders, and VAs. One strong idea, delivered well. No panels, no workshops, just you and the room.
Day 3 is entirely hands-on. Instead of presenting, you run a working session. Attendees leave with something they built or worked through. If your topic has a process or framework people can apply immediately, this is your format.
