Before you register

What is pre-registration and how does the discount work?
Pre-registration is a way to signal your intent to attend before tickets go on sale. When you pre-register, you're added to the VIC Pre-Registered list. On August 18, 2026, you'll receive a 59% off discount code by email to use when tickets open. No payment is required now.
How does the Client-VA Team Pass work at checkout?
One person completes the checkout for the group and enters the number of attendees (2–4). Each person gets their own access link sent to their email. For 5 or more, contact us for pricing.
What time zone does VIC 2026 run in?
Sessions run at 9:00 AM New York (EST) / 10:00 PM Manila (PHT) each day. All sessions are recorded, so if your time zone doesn't work for live attendance, you'll have full access to recordings after each day.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. Transfers are free and available up to November 3, 2026 (7 days before the conference). Email support@wfh-insider.org with the subject line "Ticket Transfer" and include your name, order number, and the name and email of the person taking your place. Transfers requested after November 3 cannot be accommodated.
Is there a scholarship option?
Yes. A limited number of scholarship spots are available for clients and VAs who need financial support to attend. See the scholarships page for criteria and how to apply.
What is your refund policy?
If you can't attend live, your ticket still gives you full access to all session recordings delivered after the event so you won't miss anything.

If you'd still like a refund, email support@wfh-insider.org with the subject line "Refund Request" and your order number. Requests must be submitted in writing on or before October 10, 2026. After that date, we're unable to process refunds, but your ticket can be transferred to someone else for free (see above).
